I visited the store for the first time today. The two ladies in the store immediately acknowledged and greeted me upon entering. They showed me the location of what I was looking for and really took care of me. The two ladies and the gentleman who were working were great. The customer service at this store is excellent.

Amazing having one of these stores in town! The customer service is amazing too! You walk in the door and immediately get greeted and taken care of! Best part they don't hound you and bother you they just let you live in the experience that is 5.11 UPDATE: Had an issue with some pants I bought and they took great care of me putting customer service first! I love the whole staff and the way they take care of us veterans 😁

I have all the positive things to say about this place. I was immediately greeted by two workers that helped me and were very friendly. They were incredibly helpful and I wish I caught their names. I have always had a great experience here and recommend this place to anyone I can. The customer service is top tier- y’all are awesome!

While this may sound like an employee, I assure you I am not. This was a sensational visit to the store this morning. Great staff who was a jane of all trades. She was doing everything which included being pleasant, professional, and personable. The products are awesome that I saw and had I spent more time there, I probably would have gone bankrupt 9 times over. Check out the store. Ask questions and you'll get answers. Treat staff like you wish to be treated and you'll have an equally pleasing and even Godly experience. Really can't say enough positive about the experience and the store and staff. Have a blessed day everyone.

Correction from last review. First pair of boots the sizes ran small. They seem accurate now as mine are slightly too big. Great products though. Steel toe 2.0’s are amazingly comfortable and their pants are the bomb

Send time at the 5.11 store in Omaha. Staff both times were awesome to work with and are kind and helpful. I’m going to enjoy retiring and will make this a frequent stop when I’m in Omaha!

We had an amazing experience at 5.11 on Sunday! We came in looking for a specific jacket that wasn’t in stock, and the staff went above and beyond to help us find it and have it shipped. The woman who helped us was incredibly friendly and kind — even though we later found out she was still on her lunch break at the time! She didn’t hesitate to take the time to help us and offered solutions to our concerns. I wish I’d thought in the moment to get her name because she absolutely deserves recognition. The store itself is clean, organized, and welcoming, and everyone we spoke with really knew their stuff. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be recommending this location to others!
